Man united will struggle to attack big name signings without CL, this is a small part of a bigger decline, not to mention the debt and financial rules that will shaft them

Everton have played some very nice football this season. So no reason why they wouldn't finish above united.

Same for arsenal but had a few bad results of late.
Spurs maybe!

While Giggs has a proven track record playing away from home I'm sure sure he could improve results at Old Trafford so probably a wise move.

I don't understand how people thought he could be after the Moyes debacle, the club needs someone with a solid CV not another hopeful gamble.

Think best thing for Giggs would be to be an experienced managers right hand man for a few seasons (Van Gaal would fit the job really) then when they retire he's ready to take over.

United can't go taking punts on untested managers at the highest level this time they need to get a proven winner.
