David Moyes disgracefully sacked

RVP was the difference the season before. This season he's been injured a lot and when fit he was poor.

A lot of teams didnt perform last season (not a single team in the c league quarters). That and rvp won manu the title.

No manager with the current manu team would win the bpl this season.

Maybe not won, but surely come above arsenal, everton, spurs etc..

Man united will struggle to attack big name signings without CL, this is a small part of a bigger decline, not to mention the debt and financial rules that will shaft them

It seems that Van Gaal is going to be our new manager and I know that soon, rival supporters/teams will be once again, be fearful of coming to Old Trafford. I think Van Gaal's Man Utd are going to be awesome.

Yeah last time we he was at Barca he left them 3 points above relegation. They sacked him. I'm not convinced about him tbh.

Cannot see united getting a big big name for manager, they are in stable successful clubs.

Maybe saf will be back or laudrup? Or rafa lol

Because players like Sneijder (who played under him in two teams) is probably as reliable a person as any - wihtout any disrespect, probably more likely to know what JM was thinking at the time than you or I will ever be

That's Sneijder's opinion, OPINION! :p
Why do you take other people's opinions as gospel but choose to ignore what the people involved actually say? -

“I do not know if Sir Alex Ferguson thought of me at Manchester United or not. The reality is that I wanted to go to Chelsea. I talked with him after we (Real Madrid) eliminated United from the Champions League and told him what I wanted to do, that Chelsea was where I wanted to go,"

"I am where I want to be. I want to go nowhere else. I have the job I want to have, I don't have another job.

"When I left Porto I wanted to come to England because at that time there was no Chelsea, I had no emotional connections with any club.

"When I left Chelsea I wanted only Italy or Spain, not another English club.

"After Real Madrid I wanted England and if possible, Chelsea. It's the only time I've said this country and this specific club.

"If not Chelsea then I'd have been in England at another club, but when the door at my club opened for me, I had the job I wanted to have."

Ryan Giggs is not under consideration to become Manchester United's next full-time boss as the club begin their search for a successor to David Moyes.

Good. Maybe in future though.
Think best thing for Giggs would be to be an experienced managers right hand man for a few seasons (Van Gaal would fit the job really) then when they retire he's ready to take over.

United can't go taking punts on untested managers at the highest level this time they need to get a proven winner.
