Going to go with the ram and case you sugessted and this board.

What do you think

I have that board with a 6350 on it.
I heard there are a lot of problems with overclocking, that it only supports up to a 95w CPU (which the 6350 is), that the VRM overheats and blows, etc etc...
However, I have my CPU OC'd to 4.5GHz and can probably get it higher quite comfortably. I run 2x4GB 1866MHz RAM and an OC'd GTX780 Lightning without any problems.

The Southbridge (I think) gets a little warm at over 70ºC, but decent case cooling keeps it down to the low 40s easy enough.

If you had a bit more budget available I'd recommend the board I have the m5a99fx pro r2.0. At £109.99 it wouldn't leave you enough for ram and case tho. From the quality of asus boards and how pleased I am with mine I'd choose an asus everytime now but that's just my personal preference. The m5a97 is a good 'next best' choice asus wise and a lot closer to your budget so I would suggest that and it supports upto 140w so you have room to oc the fx6300 without problems and ram upto 2133mhz.

I have this board

i know asrock have some bad rep with the above board but from my personal experiance its been solid its cheap and its been running my fx 6300 chip for months now @ 4.5 and its been great no silly resetting that i use to have with asus boards plus im using 1600mhz teamgroup ram thats been fine too.
