Mortgage Company Advice

Hi all,

My mother is looking to remortgage the house and found a Mortgage company called Mortgage Taylors Ltd - http://www.mortgagetaylors.com/

Has anyone used this company before or heard anything about it?

Any help would be great I've looked for reviews and can't find anything.

I for one, would not trust a financial services company that could not spell 'tailors'.

It might be worth speaking to a restricted financial adviser.

OP I suggest you get a better address if you want to reach more customers.

Also you need a professional to build you a website.

I am not spamming anything, I was asking for help to see if anyone could recommend that company. My mother was let loose on the internet this morning looking to remortgage her house came across a site called RateZip. She put her name and phone number in and someone from this company rang her within minutes. A man called to the house this evening from Mortgage Taylors Limited (MTL) and went through some things with her. She just asked me to look the up the site as she is having second thoughts about it. She hasn't agreed to anything yet.

It's just a broker. You're basically paying them fill out paperwork these days.

We cover the whole of the market.

There are no up-front fees but a typical fee of 1% of the amount borrowed will be charged on completion of the loan.
