Rib of beef on discount in Tesco a while back, was sat in my freezer.

Defrosted it, then last night a good helping of salt and pepper, studded with some garlic and left uncovered in fridge. Fried the outsides and then into the oven about 180 with the temp prope set to 65. Did a few bits of veg, forgot the potatoes!

First time doing beef rib and it is delicious! :)

PS there is some left, I didn't go through the whole lot..
