Just had a tasty snack of brown bread with very nice Serrano ham and chorizo I brought back from my holiday with a drizzle of EV olive oil. That'll keep me going until dinner time.

Oat free porridge for the week ahead

Shredded coconut
Almond flour
Pumpkin seeds
Ground cinnamon

Blitzed

Add a table spoon of walnuts and dried banana per day

Pour over hot water

Drizzle of honey

Surprisingly tasty
 
Naga curry, 2 x roti and onion bahji.

So so nice. Such a good Indian takeaway/restaurant. Shame I've become immune to the naga though used to kill me, know just a bit of tingling.

Wish there was a way to reset tolerance level.

Went to a local restaurant tonight (one of our favourites) with family, 9 of us, and the bill was on my mum. Thanks mum :D

Had a deliciously creamy spaghetti carbonara and a side order of french fries because I wanted something crispy too.

Followed by a large plate of warm buttermilk pancakes and banana, covered in chocolate sauce, crunchnuts, and a lashing of ice cream. Absolutely scrumptious. :)
