I managed to get a refund after complaining to MS, this was about a week or two in to Xbox One launch though I think.

Funny thing is, I got the cash back, but the game still thinks I own Premium, so I have been playing along happily for free for quite some time. (I only realised it was free after re-installing to try and buy Premium, and it wouldn't let me as it kept saying I still owned it).

I imagine a good few people have tried getting the refund now, so may be difficult.

the last time an EA game was featured on watch dog they fixed a problem which had been ongoing for 6+ months within 2 weeks.

That is a shame. As I have essentially paid for a product that 75%+ of the time up to now is unacceptably broken. We can only hope that the changes DICE have outlined today have made a real difference.

I wonder if the problems continue, it may be a worth an email to Sony.

Rather good how you still have it for free though :D
 
Had some great games tonight. There was only really one ocassion when I had to call BS on not hitting somebody, and that could easily have been a glitch in showing the enemy players health.

Loads better.

Naval Strike Carrier Assault is fantastic.
 
Was three of us in a party at one stage (on that squad) and that seemed to help the clarity of voice comms for some reason. Having said that i had/have a massive cold so I must have sounded like the Walrus of Love :)

Yup, noticeable less rubber banding last night. Just such a better experience when you know there are 2/3/4 others in a squad vaguely aware of each other :) naval strike is proper enjoyable, feels like the first half is a conquest game, followed by a Rush mode.
 
I think I invited everyone when I made a party, probably easier before joining the game as I know you said it kicked you off when joining it, Witor.

The voice chat in game never seems to work very well for me, I feel like I need to shout otherwise it doesn't pick up my voice.

Don't think it saw the party invite so didn't realize you were in one :)
