Your a fool if you think things like this wouldn't have gone on under any government. Liberal, Labour, Tory, they will all have their fair share of scandals like this.
 
As crap as the title of this thread maybe, I think the subject matter is a very important topic. Documented evidence has been uncovered that shows MI5 and various police entities (Lancashire Police and Special Branch) *knew* (not suspected) Cyril Smith was molesting boys and actively covered it up. This wasn't just turning a blind eye. This was literally locking away evidence to keep it from going to trial.
