Teacher stabbed to death at Leeds high school

Urm...I might be a bit ignorent here... But Dont most people who come out of prison re offend?

If so... 25 years would stop them re offending. Do something twice and basically that's it. Life over.

If a 15 year old has enough about him to choose what career he is going for (which is pretty much what your doing in school at that age iirc) then you are certainly old enough to get the book thrown at ya when you murder someone.

I personally don't give a rats ass if he was rehabilitated in 1 year or 25, he would deserve every single second of his full term behind bars.

Hmm, really? Source?

The same reason why having the death penalty isn't a deterrent for murder as can be seen in America.

IF it's mentioned in court as any form of defense then his parents should be arrested and charged for supplying/allowing him to viewed age-restricted materials.
As far as I know there's nothing illegal about letting your kids play games rated higher than their age.

Disgusting the way kids think they can do these things nowadays :/
Yeah man, the type of kid to do this would never have done this in the good old days, probably would have just given her a stern talking to.

nobody who takes anybodys life can be somewhat decent.
Self-defence? Accidents?

certain states have the three strikes rule which is 2 crimes involving violence (so not like speeding etc) and then your 3rd crime no matter what equals a life sentence.

interestingly this has lead to people serving 25+ year sentences for stealing a cookie or other low value item. whic tbh makes you think wtf is wrong with them that knowing they're going away forever if caught they do something so petty and stupid.

Lets treat murderers with kid glove.

Thank god none of the do-gooders here run the country, its soft enough as it is.

I think that's a crock of rubbish. Cops don't represent anything or anyone, they're individuals enforcing laws selectively. (In fairness we're human so this is an issue that is never going to be fixed).

Most people that give cops a good kicking probably don't want to boot society, simply the smug little **** in front of them.

Sorry, I know we've moved on a fair bit since this was posted, but I couldn't help comment on the absolute drivel you've just posted. Are you seriously suggesting that most police assaults are a result of the police officers attitude?

You couldn't be further from the truth.

I'm keeping my opinion to myself until we hear the full story.
None of us know anything about the boy and what triggered this tragic incident.

OCUK : Judge Jury

I can't think of a reason that would help to justify why he did it, so i think its irelivent I highly doubt she had a major role in causing her own murder. The only comfort would be the level of remorse he is showing now.

Who knows though maybe she's the head of a paedo ring that has been abusing him with chorizo sausages for years.?

Who gets their reliable information from red top newspapers. They print anything they can in relation to tragic events. He was intelligent but a loner type stuff. He threatened to kill himself etc.

Its time for us all to just wait and see exactly what is revealed about a 15 year old who killed in broad daylight in front of a big crowd. He cant really care for himself and hence the first thing that would come to my mind is that of any medical history and mental illness.

Its a terrible crime and hence he has to be put out of harms way until it can all be evaluated
