That's kind of irrelevant, both the halal and non halal meats had a crappy life, but the idea that it was worse at the end for one type doesn't sit well with me, given the choice I would pick the one that suffered less every time.
Shouldn't it be more important the way the animal lived rather than the way it died
Most of you guys who say that they oppose halal meat only do so because it’s associated with Islam and Muslims but at the same time have no problems with eating factory farmed meat.
Really? And which is that? Personally I believe Halal slaughter to be more humane.
Really?
How do you justify that ? Or you fishing for reactions like everyone else?![]()

Not if both animals lived the same way, neither Halal or standard tell you anything about how the animal lived, just how it died.
@Storm3y, Watch a video on it then say the same afterwards.
< click if you choose, I will not post it the normal way.
Isn't he pointing out that it could be argued that you don't really care about animals if you disregard their suffering during life ?
Others might go further and consider that you have cherry-picked that particular aspect of animal welfare because it suits your position in regards Islam. Please note I am not suggesting this is the case, only that your position opens you up to such accusations![]()
Not really, he may be trying to /shrug but if both animals lived the same way and the only difference is the way they died then picking the one with the nicer death works better for me.
I am not about to stop eating meat because I consider myself > animals, but I don't approve of stuff like hunting for sport and I like the idea that my food suffered as little as possible.
I'm already boycotting halal places, this is just another one on the list for me. Its a shame as well i quite like a foot long subway every once in a while.
So
1-they all knew about the hala thing
2-everything that happens in subway happens to the UK population..hmm R..I..G..H..T..
What I find funny is watching as these EDL types crawl out of the woodworks regarding halal
"it's all about the manimals welfare innit" n**** please who you trying to kid.
Now i'm not sayings some genuinely wont have something against halal slaughter for animal welfare reasons, I would though question why they feel standard slaughter is so much better. These people you would think would be wet liberal vegan eating ****s not your typical bum showing, builder type you get protesting, who quite frankly could not give a **** about slaughter either way but have got a axe to grind with Islam. So pick parts that will suit their agenda that isn't too obvious giving them something to hide behind when they get called out.
There is very little difference in suffering between either slaughter, in fact watching animals squirm for safety after watching their comrades get slaughtered is more concerning to me from everything I have watched so far. Thank god halal requires animal to be shielded from watching their fellow species getting slaughtered unlike regular slaughter.
This is a dumb argument its saying all non halal meat is factory farmed rubbish which is false.
Subway ham is probably factory farmed rubbish
The difference between the two is.. well its obvious facts that don't need saying yet again
Really?
