760 better 7950 iceq

Is the 760 on offer today better than the HIS iceq 7950??

MSI 280X was on 199.99 offer recently and that's better card than both. 760 isn't worth anywhere near 210, when 270X, which is about 5% behind in performance retails at around 150. I know 4GB, but unless you SLI them, it's pointless.

R9 290 used can be brought for £200, could be worth it if you like risk taking

I wouldn't bother with a 760 or 280x from a 7950. I dont think you would notice much difference with either tbh.
If it was me I would save and add another 7950/280 or get a 290

If I was upgrading I would get R9 290/GTX 780 minimum.

hd 7950 is better if you want to upgrade go for any r9 290- gtx 780

If you want an upgrade, buy a R9 280 or R9 280X to crossfire with your current 7950 and you'll have more performance than a 780 or 290X!
