Child Of Light

A tip I have for this game - Play on Hard mode!!!

I ran throuhg it on Normal, and I collected about 95% of the chests in the game, all which hold health potions and stat enhancers for battles. I never used a single one of these. Due to the ATB system like Grandia (I love this system btw) it can make the game incredibly easy.

I think, if played on Hard mode you might have more of a reason to hunt out chests as you may need the items they hold. On Normal, you might as well just ignore all chests as they won't offer you anything worthwhile.

I still really enjoyed the game, but feel I missed an opportunity slightly. Would certainly be more fun if it was harder

How does the 2p co op work? I've looked at some co op trailers but there only appears to be one character? Does the second player control the light? If so, what do they have to do?

Finished this a few days ago. MUCH better than I was expecting. Bought it as a bit of a punt as I wanted to try something different. It's really addictive (especially collecting the gems and making better ones). I think the only sticking point for some people will be the Final Fantasy 7 style battle system... but I loved it. Value for money its probably the best money I've ever spent so its a solid 9/10 from me (based on the 12 pound price tag). Just nice to have a different experience than going around shooting things all the time* :).

*Though that has it's time and place lol.

I've been playing this recently and absolutely love it.
I'm on chapter 8/10 with probably around 15 hours of gameplay.

Absolutely love it, I've got GTA as well and I actually prefer this than GTA!
