If a product is found to be faulty OCUK should replace it end of, and then OCUK should deal with MSI directly

Depends on the product.
I heard (but obviously do not know for sure) that people were OC'ing their MSI cards WAAAAY over what they should and blowing them. However, there was no way to definitively prove this (the onus is on the retailer/manufacturer to prove misuse on faulty goods within the first six months, remember), despite it having been blatantly user error, which is why MSI now voltage-lock their recent cards/drivers so we have to bypass it and flash BIOSes, which is proof of tampering.

Without that, OCUK would have to keep replacing our cards at their cost, no matter what we do to them.
 
Same can't be said about MSI then! I reported other issues to the MSI reps on FB and it was just removed :)
