Sims 4 to be rated 18 in Russia

This will be a bit inconsistent if this is true, as games mechanics have allowed gay sims since the beginning of the franchise some 15 years ago. Maybe it's the current politics going on there, and the hoo-har we had a couple of years back with the Pussycat Dolls band.

But yeah, is anyone here going for the new instalment? I've been a fan of the series, particularly Sims 1 & 3, but what puts me off is that the license numbers are locked to your Origin account. When I sold my Sims 3 + expansions, I had to sell the account as well. If Sims 4 had Steam availability, then I would be sold immediately.
 
Word is EA are developing DLC specifically for the Russian version of the game. Not only does it allow your Sims to beat up other Sims that might be gay, but it will also enable Sims to don balaclavas and take over a neighbours house.
 
The orthodox church has a lot pull in commy Russia so can't say i'm totally surprised, their even upset over the drag act that won Eurovision.
