I'd have thought it'd say on the packaging if they had been previously frozen at any point, though you could probably drop a tweet to Tesco or call their helpline and they'll tell you.
 
If it's suitable for freezing, then chances are it hasn't been frozen previously.

That doesn't mean it is 'fresh' though.
 
Top tip: With certain veg (in this case beans & peas) frozen is almost certainly more "fresh" & tasty than unfrozen.

The second these types of veg are picked, they convert sugars to starch, and lose flavour.

Decent quality frozen stuff will be much more yummy as it'll be frozen hours after picking - that stuff will be probably a week old. Frozen also won't be bathed in un-necessary butter / marge as that fresh stuff usually is too :)
 
It's from Tesco so it's about as fresh as a meth heads ringpiece, probably got flown in from Azerbaijan.

You can cook normal veg in a microwave dude, just place in a bowl of water...
