Cbeebies missed birthday card = Unhappy 5 year old

Hi Guys

Yesterday my sister set her Sky+ (A very old white one) to record her sons birthday card she had made and posted into them 3 weeks ago, not sure what happened but it didn't record it even though she followed the instructions and recorded the show before and after the time slot they gave

She was upset as her son sat there watching after school thinking his card would be read out and it wasn't :(

They don't post copies of shows, I looked on catchup but it only had the mains kids programmes none of the chit chat in between

Any ideas of how I might be able to help her or is all lost

As the shows are catalogued, they are accessible via catch-up, I doubt they actively store the inbetween stuff.

That said, at least the kid is learning that life can be dissapointing at times!
 
Did you get any notification they would show it? Cbeebies get tons of cards, you're very lucky if you make it on.

Disney Jr. at least put everyone's picture up on the website, but still doesn't guarantee you get on TV.

Yes was told a date and rough window to record on

I was going to pass comment until she broken down crying on me, I then thought better of it :)

Looked on Youtube Cbeebies channel and sent them a mail to see if they would have a copy
 
Did they say it would get featured?
Usually cards do not, they recieve loads, and just show some, at seveal different times of the day, was she watching the correct slot?
