Will be with me soon.

Yeah, they worth a bit.

Seem similar At the the overclock.nett RAM addict thread.

The 2000 8-8-8 sticks aren't worth as much as the 2000 7-8-7 or 2200 8-9-8 kits, iirc the flat 8's are hynix, the others PSC/BS. - still have a kit of each of the latter still to test!

Some nice clocks you got on those Pi's stu, you ramp dram voltage up to 1.9v?

Thats a test from the guy who sold them to me. I just need to wait now for them to airmail to me.

1.87V was used in that test.

He also had a set of pi's 2300C8 but no heatsinks as he uses LN2 and Patriot Sector5 2400C9 complete and ready to go.

What do you guys use to stress the ram out of interest? I've done so many hours on memtest86 and its just not fallen over. But will on day to day use very occasionally with the odd installer crashing etc

Triple channel kit of 12Gb GSkill Sniper went for £36 on the 'Bay last night. Meant to bid on them before they ended but got sidetracked and forgot they were finishing when they did. £36 flipping quid!!

Superpi and a quick 20mins of Aida stress. If memory is unstable you'll notice it fairly quickly in day to day use.

Use superpi for improvement drop off points, you may notice taking things so far scores can get worse.

Loads of decent psc on eBay ATM, you just need to know what your looking for ;)

Cool, not doing it wrong then :D. Gone back to my replacement plats for 24/7. 2133 cl9-10-10-30-CR1 at 1.5v in quad channel :D. Xtrems 2600c10 needed 1.65v for the same settings

Wouldn't worry too much about dram voltage just go for which ever kit needs the least sa/io.

Might convince my self to test my Dom GT kits this weekend, been sat in a box for a month :D

Mind you I did kill a 3570k Engineering Sample benching them at around 1.8v

Thats weaksauce, i'm going all out.

Like a boss!!

Mind you it wont be 24/7 as I have 8GB/16GB kits for that.

I'm even sad enough to have paid £4 for a plastic memory tray with lid.
