I've found a lump in my front tyre

Yes you can fix that in Photoshop, easy fix

Tyre is scrap, wheel doesn't look dented to me, but have it checked when you get the tyre changed.

I was a bit worried about that as well. I've replaced a tyre with a much smaller bulge than that. Damaged sidewall not good.
