I think people often conflate Roma and Romanians. The two are distinct ethnic groups. The former is well known for criminality throughout Europe, the latter is (to my knowledge) not.

You do realise you've just given your opinion here right? if you're going to accuse people of being racist then you need to show real evidence to back up your claims, you even stated that some people you consider racist will never admit they are, why do you think that is? it's because they probably aren't but you have convinced yourself otherwise.
Personally I find many immigrants do not want to integrate and are even hostile towards the English, I'm not saying all of them are like that but I can only go by my own experiences.

I do know what I'm talking about as I live in a majority immigrant area. Here are some incidents we've had to put up with over the last few years.

New Asian family move in opposite us, we say hello but are ignored which is fine as I think they maybe just want to keep themselves to themselves, Kid then starts playing football on front car park as we live in a cul-de-sac, ball hits our car and we become concerned it may get damaged, we ask politely if they would refrain from playing ball games on the car park but are ignored. Ball games escalate, we further try to reason with them to no avail, next door neighbour also Asian family who successfully managed to be friends with new residents decide to let their kids join in with the ball games, ball continues to hit our car and we again attempt to reason with them but are ignored. Neighbours kids then start to throw broken slabs at our ornaments in the garden and in our pond while the parents stand laughing, we report the incidents to the council, council eventually send out letters prohibiting ball games on front car park.

Things calm down for a while then ball games resume, we go over to kids parents and have a long chat with them telling them why we are concerned our car may be damaged, we think we have breakthrough as they engage in conversation and appear to understand, we even shake hands. Week later ball games continue but less frequent. Another new neighbour moves in other side of us also Asian with two kids, they start playing football, ball hits our car and living room window, neighbours opposite decide to come out and join in the ball games, we ask new neighbour if we could have a chat and explain ball games are not allowed and the council have prohibited ball games on car park, they say ok we didn't know, we say no problem thanks for being understanding, we go back in and kids carry on playing ball games.

We report again to the council, council send down housing lady who goes to chat with neighbours, all neighbours accuse us of bullying, council do not accept we are bullying. Further letters sent out again prohibiting ball games, we now await to see what happens as the summer approaches.

I have been shouted at when walking down the street "Your in the wrong area" We overhear a conversation about burning our house down, Asian boys walk past shouting for us to move, car gets keyed, dustbins placed behind our car as we have to back out of our drive, clearly intended to cause an obstruction.
My sister gets shouted at "I hate whites" by Asian lad, My mother get fingers stuck up to her, rubbish thrown on our drive and front lawn, full cans of pop thrown at our living room window, we have reported most incidents to the Police and while we are at the moment enjoying a little peace we wait to see if hostilities continue.

Then I get morons accuse me of being racist, have a day off with the pathetic racist excuse IT DOESN'T WASH ANYMORE!

The 92% figure has dubious providence, basically a police fella said it but they have no statistics to support it. The 28,000 figure conflates arrests of Romanian nationals with individuals arrested.

Either way, Farage is still being racist. His conflation of Romanians in general with those who are part of criminal gangs is classic racist thinking.

I recall you made a rather large thread on the unemployed being forced into unpaid work and you were very vocal regarding how you were totally against this.

As you appear to be voting Ukip, how do you now feel that they are palnning on doing the same thing?

For the 2014 elections (UKIP site) these policies stand unchanged :

• Enrol unemployed welfare claimants onto community schemes or retraining workfare programmes.

That is, unpaid workfare.

Or have you just brushed that aside because you have annoying neighbours who happen to be Asian.

What you're saying here is immigrants are stealing menial jobs, as they require no skills but the problem is menial jobs imply minimum pay which means immigrants can't lawfully get paid less. So how exactly are they stealing these jobs? What advantages do these people have?

They have the advantage of wage arbitrage. A British worker and a Romanian/Polish (or any other country with a minimum wage an order of magnitude below the UK) are NOT competing on a fair playing field. In the menial job category, the only differentiation between any worker is the WAGE. The job will ALWAYS go to whoever will do it for the least.

Just the fact that they have access to the jobs in Britain decreases the wages here, supply and demand. You should look these things up, and perhaps think before you comment.

It wasn't long ago that you could support a family without help from the Government on a single wage in one of these 'menial jobs'.

But as I've said before, we have now entered a generation where most people know no different - you think its normal that the Government is supposed to help out families with their finances even when both parents are working. Well it isn't and never has been.

It could happen with any neighbour, but it's more likely to happen with a neighbour of a different ethnic group. Studies have shown social cohesion is poorer in multi ethnic areas.

Have you ever lived in or near a mainly asian populated area?

I have for a short time and i can tall you one thing i learned very quickly.... they are VERY racist... towards anyone who is not "one of us".

If you are noticed you will be hounded and racially abused and driven out sharpish... and the police are likely to not care much as they want to stay out for fear of being sacked for being racist. It happens and it is real, just because you have no personal experiance of it does not allow you to just ignore it.

Reasons such as this is why many people are voting UKIP for right or for wrong... the political elite do lot have to live in areas where blatant anti white/british white racism exists. The live in a utopia where all immigrants are honest and hard working and integrate... yes in rich areas maybe they do, but in many MANY areas they do not.

Try visiting manchester during ramadan and driving in the wrong areas... if you are lucky you will only have the car pelted with stones and bricks... if you are unlucky you will be beaten and robbed. Oh and if you try looking for evidence i am afraid you will not find much.. the local papers never print stories of asian on white racial violence, as it is a "sensitive subject".

It makes me laugh all you who dismiss such things offhand because you have not personally experianced them. There is a large problem in some areas due to non integration of immigrants, and it causes real tensions. Just because it does not somehow fit your ideals of how happy and multicultural we should all be.. you just **** off anyone who brings up such issues and label THEM as racist and bigots!
