FOI requests are a pain in the arse, people will avoid giving an answer if at all possible.

The term eastern european is to vague for an FOI, the person requesting the information should have asked for a breakdown of all crimes by ethnicity, giving a sample table.

Went to pick my grandparents up yesterday to bring them round for Sunday dinner and noticed an "I'm voting UKIP" flyer in his front window.
