everything is now plus VAT ?????????

Am I being a numb nuts or did ocuk just used to show the total price of things and now the main advertised price is plus VAT ??????
When did that happen and why ??????

When I look OCUK shows the full price inc. VAT in big numbers, and then the exc. VAT in smaller numbers underneath. Thinking about it, that's how its always been

Pretty sure it used to be the Exc VAT was the larger number.
I could be wrong though
