chicken Enchiladas Recipe

Very tasty, but I'd wind the chilli powder back. I like spicy, but a tablespoon of chilli powder is lol-worthy. 1-2 teaspoons of hot chilli powder is more than sufficient.

My search button is broke... honest. I'm sure that somebody posted one in the now eating thread quite recently but I couldn't find it.
