I wouldn't say the 14.x drivers are 'unstable' as such with 3dMark. You can still complete a Firestrike Extreme run with relatively high clocks, just probably not as high and, as a result, you'll get a lower score.

I haven't a clue about the hows and whys though.

Gaming - 14.4 WHQL

I use 13.12 for both, whats better with 14.4 other than mantle? Who cares about mantle anyways, most people dont even play BF4 or Thief.

Changes that makes me want to change drivers? Not at all.

13.12 is very solid and its awesome for benching, so thats what i stick to.
