Anyway I have no idea what the draw to ukip is, why are people voting ukip in local elections, when they are a national one issue party, they have no local agenda

Anyway the EU elections will see this country even more of a laughing stock with ukip representing us in the EU parliament. This is hardly representative of next years election, the turnout is so low it looks like only ukip voters bothered

Lol farage as normal, he's another spoilt rich boy playing politics, he's just spun himself as a working man, he's never had a proper job. You just totally fell for the spin like every other uneducated ukip voter

They rolled the dice on the immigration angle being enough to get people to notice them, and then play out the oppressed underdog normal everyday people role well enough for people to feel like it's "their party", and hoover up the votes. I'm not sure how many of their policies or viewpoints came from talking to people or analysing problems as opposed to playing up certain issues and then trying to find a way to match people's anger to a policy they present as the solution though.

I'm sure it will have a large impact on UK politics, unfortunately I think it will just be parties trying to outdo themselves on shouting about issues that aren't anywhere near as big as several tabloids would have you believe.

to many spin doctors, to much BS, reporters haven't been able to get a proper answer from politicians for years...

I still remember when labour puppet said the same answer to the same question 5 times or however many it was whilst continuing to ignore the question asked.

it's BS like that all the time from the big party leaders that caused this and their inability to listen to genuine concerns

Did you miss all the ukip blunders with openly racist and homophobic candidates being outed in social media or slipping up in interviews, it has nothing to do with the media. Farage said he doesn't like foreign people talking on the train Ffs

The only reason we have open borders is because the political class here want them, at the moment.

And why don't you want open borders? You don't enjoy travelling abroad without queues? Do them open borders create draft in your house, or inconvenience you somehow?
 
LAB maybe will give us a referendum but want to stay in.
Cons will give us a referendum in 2017 but want to stay in.
LIB maybe will give us a referendum but want to stay in.

UKIP are winning an election based on leaving, even without a referendum.

Wouldn't it be nice if one day government enacted the will of the people instead of
forcing their agenda`s down our throats.
 
I don't play that game on the tube because it's never occurred to me to be necessary, but the tube is full of 'whitey' as you put it.

What happens when you increase a towns population dramatically in a short period of time if there isn't the economic opportunity to support all these people? Are you really saying lower living standards and keeping poor people poor is worth it just because you can't be bothered to wait at border control for an hour? Why is there such a lack of economic understanding from the left? They are so hooked on ideology.
