Proposal

Heh, I had a plan but spilt the beans. Woke up and she was wearing the engagement ring I had hidden for weeks. Put two and two together and the rest is history :o

Hey guys,

I'm going to Florida and I was thinking about proposing, get the dolphins in discovery cove to do it!

So, how did everyone here propose?

I suppose there must be people in this world who would tolerate this type of approach and, whilst not a Statistician myself, it is not impossible that she is one of them.

Is there any reason why you must marry her?

I did it in winter, weekend away in yorkshire dales after a day trekking, in a hot tub with snowy dales view and a bottle of champagne, the scenery made it very romantic.

I proposed to my fiancé watching the sun rise over the Grand Canyon on New Years day having found a secluded spot the day before so it would just be us there :)

Threw cape on the ground, got down on one knee and said, “M'lady, will you marry me?"

(Twas in her bedchamber)

I was moving abroad and said I didnt think our relationship would last if were living in different countries. I said did she fancy getting married and giving it a proper go , she said alright then cos we can easily get a divorce if it doesnt work out

Romantic I know but here we are 26 years later :p

Tied a ring to my manhood, came in windmilling it. Never fails to impress.

What I actually did was take her to dinner on the anniversary of when we met and we were at Roganic and I had the staff create a course in the taster menu, which was a plate with "will you marry me?" on it, under a cloche filled with smoke, so she couldn't read it until she took it off.

Blew her mind. I'm awesome.

I proposed on Christmas Day as she didn't want a big fuss/crowd etc. Seeing her face and happiness was well worth it. We then had a family gathering in the evening.

Top of a mountain in Vancouver before we went snowboarding :)

Dolphins are great for such porpoises.

I took my future Mrs. to New York for a few days and proposed in Central Park.

It really doesn't matter where or how as long as you get the right answer and have fun.
