DSR is probably the only thing the EU did that really benefits me but all the other stuff far outways the good as far as I'm concerned

Ah, now we see. It's all about you personally? So because you can only think of one thing that's benefited you personally, it must be a bad thing?

Nigel Farage is an ex-banker (he was educated to become one).

Putting a banker in charge of an economy will sure do good (hint my sarcasm).

LMFAO.

ROFL.

Well done to the dopes who voted for him. Let the battle commence and let your earnings be striped from you in front of your own eyes. Brilliant. All the talks about is immigration (it isn't even a big issue). He never discusses the Royal Family taking shed loads of money or the big bank fail in the year 2000 years due to credit related money.

UKIP is the next fail of UK (big time and big style).

I'm going to enjoy watching the UK crumble due to cretins voting for him.

Seriously though! Come on? Do you want a banker running the UK? (It will be a 100% flame filled catastrophe).

Bankers are the result of the big bank so called "break down" or "bust-up" that happened way back in 2008 (or early 2000's leading up to the year 2008).

Whoever voted for him, you're in the right mind to just not vote again or keep quiet as I see massive riots coming (not just in cities - in towns as well).

Nigel's way of doing political debates is constantly repeating himself because he has nothing other to do than cause an hectic environment for everyone else.

He's only good with money because he's an ex-banker as I said (research it for yourself if you think I am lying).

He went to school/college (and parts of university) to study and become a banker, although later in life decided he wanted a career path change.

Note: He still has banking knowledge and can use it to his advantage.

If he's in - chances are, he'll be out within the next 4 years or so (maybe earlier).

UK has entered self-destruction mode.

I just can't stop laughing.

There is the idea/theory of the liberal peace... where liberal, democratic nations don't go to war with one another.

That might be what Tom_ed1987 is referring to but to flatly state that democracy prevents war isn't something you can assert and prove. It's much more likely to be a factor influencing the situation than the absolute and only reason.

I know very well what UKIP would likely do long term.

we already know who they would go into a coalition with and this will likely dissuade a lot of voters from wanting them running the country.

All I want is for the big 3 parties to listen to the concerns of the little people the ones they keep ignoring all the time instead of trying to dismiss them as racist xenophobes which is completely untrue apart from the ex BNP supporters.

life was already hard for the minimum wage unskilled labourer before the mass immigration.

we have uni students who can't even get a part time job to help with their expenses because companies would rather hire immigrants.
even mcdonalds is hard to get a job at these days and is it really fair that UK jobs are not always advertised in the UK? why do we need Romanians , Bulgarian and Polish unskilled workers? why should they be put first over UK people who want to work? why should they have employment opportunities our own people don't get?

Why are these families with numerous elderly people that clearly are not capable of work allowed over here? I thought we already had a pension crisis?

Thanks to mass immigration most of us will be lucky to see retirement before we die because that retirement age is just going to keep going up and up thanks to people who take more out than they put in and we already have enough of those ourselves without welcoming more.

Skilled workers we need have always been able to come here and always will

You keep saying this, and you really don't help yourself with lines like "we have uni students who can't even get a part time job to help with their expenses because companies would rather hire immigrants", which is just simply untrue. Waxing lyrical about immigrants causing problems does very little to separate you from the knuckle-dragging BNP voter.

You seem to think that these elderly people brought over are able to claim a pension, which also isn't true.

Come back when you have lived a bit it's obvious you have know real experience of life outside of a classroom .

Politicians have not always been career politicians it's a modern thing. The country was arguably better then and was ran by people who's agenda doesn't go any further than furthering their own careers.

We're heading for another hung parliament. Looks like Clegg may get another five years.

Lol think you are a little confused.

.

No but you can get a carers allowance for them.

Lolwut?

It's true.

I think you're a little backside hurt since I have spoken the truth.

Haha.

Edit: Maybe not a little - but heavily backside hurt.

Not necessarily. The conservatives would be mad not to go in coalition with UKIP and then they will have the majority.

The conservatives would never go in to a coalition with UKIP in a million years, it would be political suicide. And there would be no need to, green + lib demo ~= UKIP for the GE polling
http://ukpollingreport.co.uk/uk-polling-report-average-2

You are more likely to have the conservatives try a coalition with the lib demo + greens! going g against labour + lib dem.

No major party will work with UKIP if they want any future in politics.

I'm actually quite looking forward to more coalition politics with smaller parties, it should bring a bit more consistency to proceedings at least.

well isn't that the whole point of voting? you vote for what effects your current situation and the people around you?

we all have our reasons for voting what makes yours any more valid than mine? your reasons are different because your circumstances are.

your upbringing and life experience has shaped your opinions just as it has mine, just because we have different opinions about politics doesn't mean either of us is wrong.

if you had my life you would likely vote very differently to how you do now

No but you can get a carers allowance for them.

£296 a month or there abouts which is likely a small fortune in romania/bulgria etc and to much of an incentive for them to come here

UKIP won't have hardly any (if any at all seats) to form a coalition with, their popularity is too focused on a specific demograph for the wider appeal required in our FPTP system.

If anything in the general election I'd expect them to cause a Labour majority or a force a coalition between Labour & the Lib-Dems. I'd wager even the Conservatives would prefer this (as they would be back in in 10 years tops in our current back & forth system) - preferable to having UKIP send us back 50 years.

Childish rubbish, proved my point.

I think I rest my case. Of course they're not going to put it in the media as that defeats the freaking purpose.

I wonder if you can find out if sexism, racism, homophobia and much more does good for a country's economy and image? Huh.

ROFL.

I see you're not so bright down there - are you?

Living in a Tory stronghold county/region, Bucks/South East. I think, with the results just in, my vote actually achieved something for the first time. I voted Green and the 1 Green MEP in the area held his seat.

Now to get him to accept nuclear power.

Educate him about Thorium.
