BMW assistance! Calling Fox basically...

It seems I made.......a mistake.

You could quite easily have said, the equivalent won't be that price in a year or so because if you check further the equivalent is actually more than £20k. This is not a difficult thing to do, SDK did in one post and a few lines.

So yes *you* should have been more clear. It would not have been difficult to see that I meant the cars currently at that price would easily drop a few grand. I have no problem being corrected should I make an error

Edit - this is unlikely to help the OP, sounds like he is going to explore his options a bit anyway

It's even more serious than that.

You will have heard the tragic news that Elliot Rodger killed several people on a rampage yesterday. From his videos and comments online there seems to be an agreement he had some mental instabilities.

However, I have just discovered some harrowing evidence to the contrary:

He had an E9x without iDrive. I think the motives are much clearer now.

Oh my...I really don't want to go on a murderous rampage!!

Help me find a 2007/2008 325i with iDrive! For the public's safety more than anything..

It's a diesel convertible?!

I quite like my 530d because BMW have gone to great lengths to ensure that it's very well soundproofed. That... wont be.

Mind you, its an 09 plate which means much better iDrive and much better N57 engine.

Love the photo where it says 'Restraint systems faulty!' on the screen, though.

Diesel convertible? I never really understand that combination. Seems to have the nice options though and I like the colour. Do you do the miles to warrant a diesel?

Haha comments to be expected. I'm just posting any thing relatively decent that I can find for your guys critique. Appreciate it. I was tempted to have a look as it's a <5 min drive from my house. '09 plate yes, but 89k miles.

sohail92, doesn't look like I am able to PM you??

With regards to your question Sanchez, I don't think so. Probably just over 10k miles a year, which is a bit off that magic number where a diesel becomes justifiable. I'm just brainstorming. Deep down I know I want a well spec'ed 325i but if I can find one, a 330i.

It's the nicest car you've posted so far. The interior is wonderful, the same as my old E92 335i. Annoyingly its 7k miles over the limit for the cheaper BMW warranty and being a 57 plate it's almost certainly an N53 engined car so the warranty would be have been a nice way to enjoy the better fuel economy of the N53 without the headaches of injection system issues.

Oh god yeh. When i was looking at buying a 335i i saw one in Newmarket that was in an absolute state. Mud all over the interior. Mental.

Second one looks better though and with a BMW warranty.
