I have been offered 2x MSI GeForce GTX 780Ti Gaming OC used with box and all accessoires for £705 and they're from April 8th 2014. Does that sound like a good deal ?
If so I'm planning to sell my Inno3D GeForce GTX780 iChill Herculez X3 Ultra DHS Edition & Palit GeForce GTX 780 Super Jetstream cards from my other PC (core i7 3820, 16gb 1866mhz ram).

My only concern is that the TwinFrozr has gotten a lot of "heat" from people with leaking oil making a mess inside their PC's and also causing fan rattle. The other problem is coil whine which I see many report too (when you read user reviews on new-egg)

Do any of you who sit with the MSI GTX 780Ti recognize some of these issues ?

In case of RMA I'm supposed to return them to the seller since he works at an IT-shop through which he originally purchased them.

Don't know about 780ti msi gaming OC cards but I have 2 780s (non ti) of the same versions. They are superb cards. Very effective coolers and quiet. No oil leakage of any kind and they both boosted to over 1200 MHz core clock at stock settings.

Now both under water and even more impressive with some extra voltage.

Yea I had a MSI GTX 780 TwinFrozr OC in my main rig and it was all fine (actually bought that card from the same person who offers me these 780Ti's :) ). Your card boosting to over 1200mhz sounds insane  mine did max of 1019MHz boost on core when using not using msi app tool, and no additional overclocking.

Hmm the two GTX 780 card's I have are pretty high factory overclocked and they hit 1137Mhz boost core both and their ram is running 6.2GHz pr default) and as I see from reviews they're almost as fast as reference 780Ti's... albeit the MSI 780Ti Gaming cards are running faster than stock 780Ti's... not sure if I'm just wasting money going to 780Ti's or not from these pre-oc 780's. I see that 780Ti's make around 20'400point in 3dmarkFireStrike GPU score and my 780's are doing 19'400points 3dmarkFireStrike GPU score

I wouldn't bother, you have 780 Tri SLI.

Yea, but it would be for my other PC ;) (I have two - ci7 3930K + 780 Tri SLi & ci7 3820 + 780 SLi)

AFAIK Its the AMD cards that are leaking oil? I might be totally wrong there but Ive had 3 780s of that variety and all have been spot on. No fan rattle nor leakage

Thanks for the responses. The wish to get 780Ti is actually just to try them if I wouldn't loose to much cash on selling the existing cards. But as I am starting to see it seems just like a cash out since the 780's which are pretty nicely factory OC'ed do it nicely.

The only real "win" with the MSI GTX 780Ti Gaming cards would be a bit lower temperatures since both my Palit and Inno3D cards take up 2'5 & 3 slots space making the Palit card run hot at times (80°c at load), since there's not much air to "breathe", eventhough I have a 120x38mm side fan blowing air right into the GPU's.

I think I'll have to see what I can get for my 780's before making a decission whether or not to buy the MSI 780Ti's.

Arh for the fun of it. I am going to say yes to the two msi gtx 780ti gaming oc cards. I have birthday today so I am going to spend my birthday money to try them and sell the 780's. :D

Good luck! I'm sure you will enjoy them :)

Thank you I hope I will indeed :D I hope the more room they offer in the case will help with a bit lower GPU temps on the top card.

And of course I'm exited to see what kind of gain they will bring over the current cards.

Wow... seems to be a good week next week ! 2x MSI GTX 780Ti Gaming 3G and a Core i7 4930K incoming :D
Sold my Palit and Inno3D for extremely good price ! Actually gaining a bit profit so I may actually buy a 3rd MSI GTX 780Ti Gaming 3G card and then put all the 780Ti's and the 4930K in my main rig and then I'll put the 3930K and two reference GTX 780 in my second gaming and then sell the Ci7 3820 and the extra reference GTX 780 :D
