I just got watchdogs today, Free with my Nvidia 780TI.

I was expecting to play it on max and my gosh I was wrong. CPU Core I5 Gen 3 running at 4.5GHZ sits at 90-95%, Ram sits at 7GB and the GPU is maxing out. Also, I can't even run 4X AA, Can only do 2X AA and even then you get massive dips in FPS.

Is this a lack of driver support, Bad game or something thats so demanding that even I with these decent hardware can't play max settings at 1080p?

The game has serious performance issues which are being reported & investigated! I think you'll just have to wait it out!

i thought it was me, With it recommending a Core I7 I thought it was going to be a very demanding game and it is, But if its the games issues thats causing my entire hardware to be used up on it then gezz :P

Users running crossfire 290x and SLi 780Tis are getting worse performance over a single card

apparently to run on high/max settings you need >2-3GB of VRAM o.O so those with a 4GB cards "should" be ok (so long as the rest of the card is powerful enough ;) ). no sli/crossfire yet? (I heard)

There is but it gives you worse FPS than more :P

Upon the release of Assassins Creed Black Flag, the PS4 version looked the best, because the PC one was so horribly un-optimized :D what do people expect from Ubisoft :p

Well it quickly became unplayable. HUGE Fps drops, lag and random people invading me and loosing uplay connection. Lovely :P

maybe it's the "hacking" gameplay being taken too far.....

"you successfully hacked joe blogs, his internet is now being DDoSd and GPUs hijacked for dogecoin mining"

:D

Haha, No doubt :P

I went out and bought another 8GB of ram from my PC and now can't connect to Uplay. Le sigh!

Sasso, with ultra details and Ultra textures mate, it's using over 5GB VRAM lmao, and crossfire is working. took a screenie. I still think after patches it's going to be way more optimized, should be getting more frames than I'm getting at the moment IMO
