^ I ordered a 280x; had major issues but waited until after my exams were finished before stressing and sending it back - now it has been 6/7 days since they replied regarding a new GPU that would be dispatched (subject to availability) and now the MSI 280x isn't even sold! this gpu has been stressful enough, any advice here? would they allow me to select another similar priced gpu?
 
I think the card comes back from MSI? At least my 290x came back from them via OcUK but in different MSI packaging to what i sent it in
 
Contact someone, email or open a ticket in the sub forum for shop related problems / queries.

Might be a quicker way to get a response.
 
Once I had a MSI 7950 that died, took 20 days to get it replaced by MSI.
You should wait, because OcUK will send the card back to MSI, they will test it, then MSI will send a card to OcUK and OcUK will send it to you.

Worst case if manufacturer does not send a card and they do not have it in stock, they will give you a full refund. Keep the receipt for the postage to them, they will give you back this too.

ah, thank you to everyone who posted, made me feel a little better hehe! and sure, my number is RMA260039 - not sure if I should post that publically but ah well.
I just realized it may have been received after the 28 day period, although the person I called said do it within 28 days of the call (which it would have been).
