That was quite the turn around! It is pretty immersive though. I like playing with my headset on and the lights off. The story and score is quite engrossing to me.

Yeah headphones was the key. I cannot play the game when it's light, it breaks my immersion. I'm funny like that, didn't like playing skyrim when it was warm weather either. It's part the reason I don't really enjoy gaming so much in summer. Saying that I'm about to play now before I go away for 3 days.

Ken, I don't think it matters as it's still the same system and it's tied to the serial number.
 
After my 1st hour on Watch Dogs, I decided I'd give it another 2-3 hours before deciding if I should send it back or finish it. Ended up busy for a few days, then on Sunday I had the entire day to myself to laze about.

I woke up at 8am and figured I could easily fit Watch Dogs in. At 6pm, I was still watching Supernatural season 2. Went from episode 4 to 22 that day. lol.
So, I figured IF I really cared at all about trying Watch Dogs more I'd have played it.
So I sent it back today.

Feel like I didn't really give it a chance, but if I'm busy i'm busy. I'll be watching this for another 5-6 weeks at least so coulnd't forsee a time I could fit it in any time soon with a couple of other games I fancy trying.

Just a rental mate. Didn't buy it as not usually into the open world, realistic setting type of games. Just figured I'd give it a shot.

Might try it again during a gaming drought in the future.


I often watch a lot of a Tv show, but this was a rare day where the entuire day was free. Never expected to like the show hence why I never watched it until now...but I'm hooked on it. Ordered the bluray box set to continue from here though for higher quality.



Next rental is likely to be Wolfenstein or Murdered as my next pre-ordered game isn't due until mid Aug. then there are about 8 more by the end of the year...lol
 
Anyone PS4 wont let them create a party and acting wierd saying nobodys online when they are (friends confirmed it) and seems there having same problems.
 
I don't mind the maintenance times because if you sign in before it starts you can stay signed in all night. And it rarely starts before I can get home from work and sign in.

Not ideal, but it at least means most people can get around the down time.

At least they wait until a decent time to allow this. Better than say, 3pm-9pm!

So I tried to boot up Watch Dogs last night before the PSN maintenance so I could play online but I was too late, but I did have a notification error that a game save for Watch Dogs was uploaded by another PS4 (Data of the same name was uploaded from another PS4. Would you like to overwrite?)....what the hell does that mean?
