Sniper Elite v2 - FREE!

ive had this for a while and its pretty good (bullet cam rocks!)
id score it higher than the 66/100 that meta gave it
 
Brilliant, was one of those game i was sitting on the fence about for ages. Sad that i didn't buy it earlier after playing it but happy i got it for free. I will be buying V3 once done with this for sure, its a great game looks nice to.
 
So glad I didn't pay for this, literally the only good thing about it is the death scenes. It's just a crappy linear shooter dressed up as a sniping game.

It's just not fun, take one shot and every NPC in the local area knows EXACTLY where you are and will shoot at your location with perfect accuracy (using WWII era machine guns from 200m away). Prone in a random building 300m away from anyone and out of their line of sight, one shot kill an enemy sniper and somehow every enemy soldier knows my exact location and are already shooting at me by the time I stand up.

Add that to clunky controls, dodgy perspectives, extremely limited cover mechanics and a frankly ugly game, glad I didn't bother buying it.

I'm enjoying it so far on sniper elite difficulty. Graphics are fine, and its a fun game :)

Plus you get to shoot people with a silenced pistol, plant a mine, and attract the attention of other enemies.... BOOM :D
 
Always been intrigued by this, but hesitated because of the relatively poor review scores.

For free, you can't lose though, right? Have played the first two missions, and really enjoyed them.
