£6.67 return on £20 freebet brazil to win
£41.67 into my paypal account

I think the £20 free bet was a bonus for betting £10 or more, so you wont get it with a £5 bet.
The offer was a great odds bet on that match, which has obviously not available anymore. The £20 freebet was an extra bonus that not many people even knew they were gettingGangster said:

3 placed bet
4 Won, returned £6.77 (winnings - free bet stake)
Now if i go back and add another bet to my betslip, there is no freebet drop down as in step 2 above.
It's possible that different things are happening for different people though, some of us seem to have been given a free bet and some havnt.

Same here. Now they are running a bet £5 and get £20 free bet offer so perhaps some people somehow got both? I also have to verify address. I don't know whether that is connected with not getting the £20 free bet.

Ok, i thought he was asking if you get the freebet stake returned if you win.
As I understand:
-You can use the freebet on any bet you want
-You dont get the freebet stake returned if you win, you can only use it once
Any similar to this where you don't have to bet x amount of times before you can withdraw?

How long does this verification take? I sent an email to them at 2pm today and haven't heard anything back yet. Their help pages say I should at least have got an email to say it had been received but nothing has come. It is annoying to see my withdrawal just stuck in pending.
Both teams to score? Same bet as me! Return of £92 or so without the stake which isn't bad!
What a load of rubbish. I signed up using the link, when I tried to claim the 4/1 odds, it told me I wasn't able. The idiot on their online chat told me I hadn't used the link and he couldn't honour the odds.
So I've withdrawn the money I deposited and will close the account.
Mind you, for some reason it did say that I had £15 when I went to withdraw. I only put a tenner in and it didn't complain with I submitted a withdrawal for £15.
