TV stand for 65" TV

Hi all

I need a stand for a 65" panasoinc plasma. It weighs 75KG and the mounting holes are at 1075mmx400mm spacing.

Preferably a table top stand, or maybe a mid-height trolley/pedestal stand.

I am struggling to even find anything suitable from a uk supplier. If I find something rated for 75KG it won't go wide enough. I'm not willing to pay 5, 6, 7 or even 800 quid for a TV stand , comeon! it's a few bits of welded metal!

So does anyone have any ideas ? I've actually started phoning local blacksmiths and they can do something for a couple of hundred, is that my best option ?

Are there seriously no affordable universal mounts for 65" plasmas? Have I found a niche market here ? Should i get my blacksmith to make 5 and try and sell them on (lol)

mmm thanks. But how do I attache the TV to it? I don't have a stand hence the question. The big unit with the back is only 120cm wide. This tv is 165cm wide.



It turns out that it came with the wall bracket, so I could mount onto a standard VESA stand that's 430x150 or 300x150... So any stand that can take a VESA mount at those sizes and 75KG in weight ?
