You could make a cardboard box to these dimensions - 120mm x 275mm x 52mm (the H100i+fans' dimensions), and see if it will fit in the front. Only place it might fit, depending on how many hard drives you have. The hoses' length is 292mm, so you'd have to check whether they would reach the CPU socket on the motherboard, too.
The front of the Strike-X Advance can take 3 x 120mm fans. But the fans, as you will probably have seen, require special brackets. Even if it fits, it might not be simple to mount the H100i there. It would require a bit of thinking and alternative solutions.
H80i should fit. A good Noctua air cooler will outperform it (they are big so check clearance).
