OK, So here's what I've got. I already have an SSD/HDD/DVD drive so no need for them. My only concern is the i5, I really don't want any trouble with GTA V when it comes out and I still remember how bad GTA IV was at release. Do you guys think it's worth going for the 4790K or will the 4690K be enough? I can stretch for the i7 if need be.

Why do you want a 240Hz monitor? That's really expensive, especially for a 1080p. 240Hz is overkill imo. You could easily slot in an i7 with the money saved, probably a 780Ti as well

I just want the best monitor I can afford really. It's not something I want to skimp out on and everything I've read puts the FG2421 up there. What monitor would you suggest swapping it out for?

I think a 240hz monitor is a waste too. Even with the Best single GPU (780Ti) you won't be getting over 100-150 FPS in big titles anyway.

You'll only see the difference between a 144hz monitor and a 240hz monitor when the FPS gets above 144, which is not going to happen often.

I'd go with a 144hz monitor and a 780ti.

I never left just I am disappointed by the colour options of Z97 which is a bit of a bummer for a bling rig kinda guy ;)

I know, its Red or Nothing Really.

As much WOW bargains to be had with AMD - http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18606407

That's if he isn't set on Nvidia. :)

P.S that AOC monitor is "much WOW" too, just make sure you use Duallink DVI to get 144Hz support, HDMI+DP dont go that high for some reason.
