Card still ok to use?

i have had this card for a long time. but not had it fitted to a pc for a long time.
i am getting some new 5.1 speakers and stopping using my headset.

would my "Creative sound blaster X-FI TITANIUM 7.1 SB0880" still be a good card to use as i dont like onboard.

i see the sound blasker z is cheap but i dont want to replace my card if i dont have to.

Use is film's, games, music

soundcard will be fine drivers were released not to long ago for newer OS's

I dug out a 2005 X-Fi XtremeMusic the other day, substantial improvements over onboard
