Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I'm looking to get an S5 and noticed this on one of the items I was looking at:
"THIS AUCTION IS FOR BRAND NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY S5 SM-G900F 16GB CHARCOAL BLACK (UNLOCKED). COMES WITH ALL ORIGINAL SEALED ACCESSORIES (CHARGER, USB CABLE, MANUAL) AS SUPPLIED BY SAMSUNG.
IT IS 100% UNLOCKED AND WILL WORK WITH ANY NETWORK IN THE WORLD. PHONE WILL HAVE A CUSTOM ROM IN THERE TO ACCESS MORE FEATURES LIKE SAVING THIRD PARTY APPS TO YOUR MEMORY CARD WHICH IS BLOCKED BY KITKAT 4.4.2."
The custom rom bit seems a bit odd to me, why would they have done that?
