In-win Sframe

I figured a use for this case though.

if you wanted to do a Half-Life 2 case it would be easy to adapt to look lke the ealls of the citadel!

apart from that it should have stayed as concept at least for the ime being and then maybe one of their case chaps could have made a slightly more practical version.

At least when Lian-Li release a concept case it is practical as well.

I have the ft03, I remember when that came out, people going it's too small, bla blah blah.

It's been the best case I've ever owned.

The S frame just appeals to what I like, simplicity, and I think the case really puts that cross, as for cost, sure it's expensive, but these days what do you class as cheap.

I remember when ram was £200 for 1 meg. Voodoo cards were supposed to be the future, and all intel mmx 200 chips clocked to 233, computers were so simple then, bring back Dos.... :p

On a funny side, I remember buying my first CD-ROM drive and sound card, it was from creative, and the cd plugged into the sound card, i think it was 1x speed. Hahahah

The FB03 is a practical small case though.

I like to see new cpncept case as they come out but they shoudnt all be made for sale. Odds on the sase designer never intended for that to happen and some bean counter made the decision.

it might work but looks light an expensive dust trap to me.

as for going back to DOS....... mmmmm maybe not eh

Just a small update, the S frame goes into production next week, but due to the fact everyone has to be hand made, they don't yet know how many they can do per week, as normal they plan to make just 500. My name is already on one. Hopefully by the end of the week I will know more, still no price for the Uk.

Grumpy please tell me you have not ordered that at £700+ squid?

Nope, I set my limit before the price was published, I'm hoping the site is just trying the scam customers, that pre order, before others shops get stock.

But at this stage, I will keep my case. £779 is stupid no matter how it looks.

Update. In my never ending S Frame information hunt, I have found a pre order site, now at £649.

I hope I'm not breaking any OC rules by talking prices.
