Perhaps look at hiring a yacht and skipper in Croatia then...

plenty of Islands to explore & beach parties/clubs to go to on those Islands...

went on a lads holiday two years ago to ibiza. was "meh"

way too over hyped imo.

it was an average holiday

I think there is a rather different itinerary for a chaps holiday. Like Brokeback Mountain.

Consider eastern Europe, Poland in particular. I went to Warsaw with friends and it was economical due to the exchange rates, the food was really good, the women beautiful and the locals amicable. Warsaw itself wasn't the most handsome city, but you can always spend a few days there before catching a train to somewhere else.

The food in Poland is universally dreadful, it's even worse than Estonia. Both are fantastic places to visit but you do not go there for the delicious food dishes.
