Twitch "Girl Gamers"

If you won't like it then DON'T ******* WATCH IT. Simples.

(Twitching always was about watching birds when I was a lad don't see what the problem is)

Being knowledgeble about tech and good at games are actually very unconnected. I like to think I am good with tech but I know I suck at games, I actually prefer browsing tech sites to playing stuff like CoD/BF lol.

For reference the was a time when it emerged the best WoW player on the planet (when it had 12+ million players) was running a 4 core AMD CPU (the game couldn't use more than two at that point and ran better on Intel), budget SLi (didn't work with the game, actually cost a couple of FPS), and a 32bit O/S with 4GB of system RAM.

Ok being serious though lets break it down, I hate girl streamers. Yes I'm not exaggerating I literally can't stand them. They are always dumb as hell, uninteresting and boring. I've watched a few to try and wrap my head around WHY these people receive so much in donations/subs. I think guys are just super pathetic and think by bumming a girl streamer they are in with a chance (Unconsciously or consciously i'm not sure).

You know what's worst? go into one of these girl streamers chat and you will see what I mean, seriously my jaw hit the floor at how retardedly all these guys were arguing with each other over this one girl and sucking up to her. The kicker? they are always not even THAT good looking, just go to your local nightclub first girl you'll see will be on par with her and you won't have to pay 2k to get her attention. But i'm guessing a lot of these guys are losers, not to deliberately be nasty towards people but I think to behave how I've seen some of these dudes behave you have to be utterly pathetic.

Edit: I will add however, if I had the choice? sure i'd do it I guess. It's not so much girl streamers I suppose I have the main issue with it's the people who follow them. End of day it doesn't affect me or my twitch experience when I watch it, you just don't click on them (I did in the past because I just wanted to figure out the big WHY). However a lot of male twitch streamers are bitter because they have to fight with blood and sweat to even get 10 viewers, I can totally understand their frustrations.

I also realise a lot of broad strokes painted in this post, obviously not all female streamers are dumb and uninteresting. Sure there may be some cool ones. But i'm just going by the handful that I looked at.

Lirik is a master of the art and makes a killing. He deserves to. He shares the wealth though, a lot of his Day Z stuff has to be planned and he has to pay "actors" if you will.

At least it's creative and entertaining.

Show boobs, gimme cash ... isn't. They tolerate guys saying disgusting things to them for the money, show flesh... for the money. The way they berate the audience at times, they have a lower decree of morals than a street hooker.

If I was their old man i'd have the internet cut off and they'd be sent back to school.

I actually saw one of their boyfriends appear one day and he started having a go, then the stream went offline. Was amusing.

I don't hate cam girls. It's pretty clear what they are there for. They know what their job is. The scum who exploit them on the otherhand.... that's a different matter.

Some of these Twitch girls are the equivalent of walking into Boots and then have the check out staff flash their **** if you put a few coins in a pot.

Wish they'd get these ridiculous ****s away from the site and get it back to gaming. UStream use to be where all the fappers went, now Twitch is turning into a teenage sweat fest.

Your on an overclocking forum discussing non overclocking activities, this is the internet if you don't like it just close the damn page.

There is nothing immoral about the whole thing, although some good has come from this as I've never seen them as I tend to not watch people play FPS games I prefer play throughs of retro games.
