We are still in the process of investigating with our supplier and Steam as to how this has happened. We would like to stress that the codes were purchased from a legitimate source and that early signs indicate regional restrictions may have caused an issue.
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience this issue has no doubt caused and will ensure this doesn't happen again in the future.
In the meantime, we have refunded your payment in full and will send over a £5 off voucher within the next 24 hours.
Will check Paypal tonight, but the £5 is welcome. Seems like these guys were not to blame at all to be honest. Will save my £5 voucher and will get from these guys again in a couple of days. I suspect that we can assume it is legit and they have sorted issues once they state that they have stock in again.
