They emailed me after i sent them a jacket for a refund as it was too small and told me it would be refunded around 5-7 days from 27th April yet ive checked the whole statement and theres nothing until 27th of May and that is from myself to clear off some of the balance.


And thats not even for the correct amount i cannot find anything that matches the amount im owed... And when i typed into google UKsoccershop fraud i found some pretty bad reviews. Should i phone the CC company and claim fraud or give them a week? Also is anyone close by that i can rent to poop in thier letterbox?

You sent something back for a refund but never bothered to check if you actually received the refund until 2 months later?

I would have been on them until they had given me the money back.
 
Yea it would net me an extra £5.25 too as i would get refunded delivery. I wonder if capitolone will get someone from India to ring me back to my mobile at this hour. Im gonna try it this will be fun!

I ordered around ten different items of clothing and just missed it. I was giving it a month to settle down so i could review it in one go and it just took me an hour to do it. Everyone refunded me but them... The email came saying i had been refunded so normally i trust them and do not tally the whole account but this time when i did the tally i knew it was out by about £55.

contact them again.

I once had a company do the same to me and they issued the refund when I told them of their error.

although that was a small independent shop with a website
 
Not if it was sent back under DSR which it was as it was too small. I would only be due the amount -£5.25 shipping fee im sure. I reckon they will get just the one chance here because my mobiles empty and i cant ring my cc otherwise i would have issueed a fraud warning tonight to them and asked them to chargeback for full amount.


How do you just forget to refund anyways.
 
Yea i used recorded and kept the recipt i never told them that though. But i recieved an email this morning from Worldpay stating that a refund of £55 is incoming.


I still have yet to recieve a email back from them saying yes sorry or yes our mistake. They are one of the worst i have ever used i suspect this is the scam system used they uphold orders but returns and DSR are approved when a complaint comes. If i had not sat down and added up my entire bill i would have missed it and they would have scammed me for £55. I reckon a complaint to Trading Standard's is in order after the refund shows up.

If you send something back under DSR the seller has to refund you the total cost of the item(s) purchased and any delivery charges you paid to receive those items.

Then depending on their T&Cs they can ask you to pay to send the items back.
