I mean I'd not give Lindsey Lohan one, she's probably got an axe wound like a smashed up grapefruit at this point.

I remember when Street Fighter II first came out in Japan and they had a black boxer called Mike Bison fighting out of Las Vegas, then when the game was coming out in the US the was a rumour Mike Tyson (obviously) was planning to sue so Capcom swapped the names round: the M Bison name was given to an Asian dictator called Vega, his name was given to a Spanish cage fighter called Balrog, and his name was given to the boxer, lol.
 
It's a parody of people like her, not an actual representation.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I thought for the use of comedic parodying fair use is pretty broad regarding copyright or use of image/person.
 
If you have to point out to people that you look like a generic blonde in a game, then clearly people haven't noticed. Therefore you can't really claim for having your image abused.

There are some American TV shows where I can't tell the actresses apart because they all went to the same plastic surgeon.
 
I think the point people are missing is that Rockstar did base the character on her so not only have they made money off her likeness without permission but they made her look dumb at the same time. I know she makes herself look dumb but that doesn't really give them the right.

LL isn't even known for the hot beach babe look, she's known for the malnourished heroin addict look

pamela anderson on the other hand might have a chance in hell of claiming it is her likeness
