Let's see your Audio gear!

Next you'll be telling me the headphone stand improves the sound quality. :D

I'd plough the £97 into better headphones/amp/source, and use the banana stand.

This.
Or gather some scraps from round the home/scrapyards/bargain basements etc and build your own for <£10 :p

Cheers Ryan, just messing with the China thing, although I would be a bit annoyed if I paid full price expecting Made in Austria.

Nothing at all against Made in China, been looking at Auralics offerings.

That's my issue. I always have to double take though at American company's for example choosing to make their products in China. Some are excellent but I've had q lot of issues with QC. Not a bash at China either!

Jesus Christ, have you got enough headphones there Ryan? :p How does it work then you use a different one everyday or something?

Not saying that at all just make your desk look better Imo. No different to buying a posh watch. Won't tell you the time any better just nice to have. Don't think I could justify £97 but the Silverstone one isn't too bad.

I agree samsung.

Sometimes expensive things are just nicer. :D

i like the Silverstone stand rather a lot anmd think I will by myself one when I get some headphones. at the moment I store them on the corner of my monitor but if i had 2 pairs that would be annoying :)

Is that a KEF Reference 1??! *droool* Arent they £1500 for the pair?

Not quite... Q900s... #1200 for the pair (although I got them in their 10th anniversary sale for 940) :)

Hooked up to 2A3 valve amp... no pictures of that atm & I'm in Poland so can't take any ;)

My next upgrade will likely be the Reference 5s for my music system, with the Qs going into a basement cinema room :D

Ive read many a good thing about the SRG11s, would your experience back those up?

Can't fault it tbh . Very stylish bit of kit and has the sound to match . I know there used to be a lending programme in place for people to test GS kit out , not sure if that's still the case.

Is that a car seat bolted onto an office chair base? Smart idea if so!
