There's a massive difference between what people categorise as sexual assault which is molestation/touching and sexual assault which is rape, in lay terms as well, if that's how you're trying to categorise it. Calling it rape is an insult to rape victims, tbh. You shouldn't conflate extremely important definitions and legal terms.
I would say you are insulting sexual assault victims actually by minimising their trauma by quibbling over legal semantics.
Time served is what I was referring to.And it's not three years. It's five years and nine months.
Massive difference between sexual assault and rape.
I think anyone who has been in a nightclub has been sexually assaulted at some point.
I must be the only person never sexually assaulted in a nightclub then.
