The great thing about conservation is, it takes only a very small number of people to wipe out an entire ecosystem, but literally hundreds of people and vast amounts of money to preserve them.
Hence why conservation is a complete waste of time. We may as well admit defeat, and face up to the reality that this world is completely ****ed.
There is no sign that our continued destruction is even slowing down, let alone able to be stopped.
People think I'm weird for hoping for some kind of (targetted) biological plague that wipes out humanity. But it would be for the best, all things considered.
