Connect DCP 4.0 pump to xpsc Photon 270 res

Hi,

I was just wondering how you connect these two together? I cant find anything about it online.

Sadly from what I can tell its almost impossible. Without some extent of modding. The DCP 4.0's water in is on the side, rather than the top. The water out theoretically would be one of the bottom ports on the Photon. If you had something to hold it in place you could figure out a combination of fittings with a 90 to connect it up.

Personally if I was going to use that pump I'd have grabbed something more like:

You do get the option to use a longer tube. However it's nowhere near as pretty as the Photon so could be worth the extra modding.

if it was me, id go for a D5 and the 270 rez.

Ah I had the two specced for me in a thread I posted so figured they'd be fine together haha.

Technically they can go together just not easily. Shame about the speccing!

Unfortunately.i cant afford that at the moment, though eventually ill upgrade to it.
