One of the Nolans has just been on saying she was sexually assaulted by him, it amounted to a hug before she went on stage once.
I am not making excuses or trying to defend Rolf in any way shape or form, but it sounds like you couldnt leave him in a room with anything female without him trying to stick his fingers in them, which is just highly unlikely.
It's hard for us folk to understand because we are not of the same frame of mind as him. But believe me, a sexual predator wants his fingers in anything and everything and it's very possible. That's why they should be considered very dangerous.
Based on what?.
Why would it be surprising that a multiple sex offender, offended many other times?. I'm unsure why people feel the need to cast doubt at victims of sexual abuse as for many cases so far in the media they have pretty much all confessed once the evidence was to a certain standard.

If that's how you hug children then I'd be concerned.

No really? I didnt know that. I asked for actual evidence not a summing up and just reeling off some numbers. Facts are in a normal case witness reports aren't actually enough on their own to convict someone of a serious crime. Yes they help but usually they support the main case they aren't all the prosecution has.
Was this with the one he had an acknowledged (by the court and jury) consensual sexual relationship with?
Not surprised to see all manner of female beasties coming out of the woodwork to claim they had been sexually assaulted/molested by Rolf the sick and disgusting child paedophile and molester of innocent children that he is.
I think this case (and a lot of cases obviously) become very political and not about justice for either the accused or the accuser(s). After so many years with hardly any evidence how can justice be said to be done? Its a cultural change, a changing dynamic of the CJS and labour if they get in in 2015 want to make things worse.

I've come in rather late on all this.
Feeling very disappointed and angry that so many TV characters during my childhood.. Gary Glitter, Jimmy Saville, Stuart Hall etc who had such an influence on an entire generation, used their status for their own personal disgusting crusades.
But none more so than Rolf.. I used to love him as a kid. It's upsetting to see that he has let down so many people that trusted his eccentric yet buoyant personality.
You start to wonder about just who you can trust.

Thought that myself. I don't see anything creepy or inappropriate there whatsoever.
Its rather similar to videos (top of the pops) that did the rounds on Jimmy Saville before the ****storm that engulfed him.
At least it'll draw even more parallels to what it is turning out to be... A witch hunt...

Ahh thats understandable but as an adult you obviously know he is an actor, an entertainer, a professional, its his job. I think betrayed is a bit much...i dont think he has betrayed anyone at all. That kind of meaning, which implies some kind of relationship (and bond even) between the viewer and him is what you (ie you the viewer) have imposed on him and its an illusion. Its nothing to do with him at all. I even doubt if he had ill-intent. he may have been rightly convicted on things has done in the past but i doubt tbh that he had ill-intent.
Who's next for the tabloids in their hunt for peados...

Thats how I feel, for me it was Jimmy Saville. I used to write to Jim will fix it on a regulary basis in the hope Jim would fix it for me. Who's going to be next from my childhood Tony Heart? looks like Parliment will end up been ripped wide open to damning scandel nothing short of a full inquest into what has been going on will do. Too many people have turned a blind eye to what has been going on. In my book thats almost as bad and doing the deed.
