the £200 hazro one from tuesdays special offer

looks like i won the lottery as there's only a single patch of very mall backlight bleed and not a single dead pixel! couldn't be happier with it especially for the price

I received mine yesterday and its nearly perfect, one dead pixel but you can only see it when looking really close and a little backlight bleed from the top left cornor also there seems to be a tiny black mark under the screen no idea what it it and can only see it when on a white background :)

actually it seems the pixel has fixed itself so it must have just been stuck :)

which version did you guys buy? What do you think of the colour sharpness? Also any shades? Is the backlight decent or too dark or too bright?

By colour sharpness, do you mean accuracy or vibrancy?

I don't have a Hazro monitor, but I have one made by a company that uses identical parts from the same OEM Hazro use.

what on earth was all that stuff that got deleted? *bewildered OP returns to check his thread*

mightymouse: i bought the one that was only £199, the picture is stunning and a huge upgrade from my 24" 1080p benQ

I was asking OP how the change was to the new monitor, and my post gets deleted..?

hi! the change was a bit jarring (the screen seems bigger than just another 3 inches, but it isn't *i did measure it :p*) the colours and sharpness seems better (IPS panel and higher pixel density i guess) there is some backlight bleed (IPS bleed as some people call it) but it's nothing major, here's a picture of it:

photos aren't great but you have my hand for scale and i angled a window into the third picture so as you can see the glass on that model means you'll need to be mindful of light sources & angles

I just checked that picture....I hope your not using Windows XP!!!

received mine this morning was totally smashed (not OCUk fault hazro has really really bad packaging.

Took a trip to OCUK as needed some parts for the in laws pc (Lightning fried the mobo & router)

picked up my replacement a & and bloody amazing.

So far no dead pixels, no backlight bleed that I can see.

Didn't like HDMI to DVI-D wouldn't go above 1080p. swapped the HDMI cable and works fine now.

Brilliant in games.

it has the spot for a webcam but not 1 installed.

upgraded from a benQ 24" 1080

very lucky to get 0 backlight bleed! mine is unnoticeable when you're using it, but on a black screen it's visible

have got a little now ive properly chcked bottom left but as soon as something other than a solid black screen is on you cant see it at all.

I received mine a few days ago, the 10bit version for £300 and im very happy with it but I need to sort out the colour temp settings. One problem tho, the plastic that runs along the bottom of the monitor is loose at the right side and left side and seems to be properly attached only in the middle.

Although its unnoticeable unless I actually sit up and look down at the screen I'm not sure whether to replace or not. I have no dead pixels and backlight bleed is minimal only at the bottom left corner and unnoticeable when gaming , a replacement might have a dead pixel or 2 and more backlight bleed.

Hmmmm 1st world problems.
