At the moment Lahm is delaying every pass, between Kramer and Muller they've made a good 10 runs between them where Lahm should have passed them in behind into the channel and he's not done it.
Kroos and Ozil starting to get caught on the ball, with simple passes on but taking their time and coming up with a poor or blocked pass.
EDIT: again there, while a not bad ball, he had the chance to pass earlier and all three players made the run, he had no need to cut inside to play that and could easily have crossed that in behind with three Germans running on to it. Lahm delaying everything at the moment.

Shouldn't, without contact ref's almost never give it, and if a gk does that then players almost always back out... not surprisingly.
